When ordering please order by the Unit of Measure indicated online and minimum quantity required for each item. If item is priced by the dozen and you order 12, we will ship you 12 dozens. |

When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier for instructions on filing a claim first. Then please notify us.
Any other discrepancy such as missing items should be reported to Om Imports, Inc. within seven 7 days of receipt of goods.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. |
